A new restaurant from the real estate developers behind Paradiso and the Botanist has opened in the Bishop Arts District.
Mermaid Raw Bar and Champagne Lounge is attached to the same courtyard as those two restaurants, at Eighth and Bishop.
“…our nautically inspired bar offers refreshing spritzers and champagnes paired with raw bar items like oyster towers and lobster tail,” the restaurant’s Facebook page states.
It’s open from 3-10 p.m. Wednesday-Thursday and noon-10 p.m. Friday-Sunday.
