Our neighborhood’s wine shop swirls into late summer with a series of wine tastings starting this weekend.
Neighborhood Cellar’s Wine 101 series begins with a rosé flight on Saturday, Aug. 7. Upcoming editions also include natural wines, on Aug. 28, and gamay, on Sept. 11. They all start at noon and cost $35.
Ian Montgomery opened Neighborhood Cellar in 2017. It’s a wine shop, but it’s also a wine bar, now offering full service.
The bar and dog-friendly patio are now open for the first time since the start of the pandemic. It’s open from 1-9 p.m. Monday-Saturday and 1-6 p.m. Sunday.
