Recent previews of Beckley 1115 by Sharon van Meter: Spanish meatballs with creamy polenta, smashed fried potatoes with saffron goat cheese, caramelized squash toast with whipped ricotta, and tomato bisque with mini grilled cheese.
Beckley 1115, a new wine bar and restaurant, opens next week.
The business, whose address is in its name, began operating a friends-and-family preview this week and opens to the public on Tuesday, Oct. 12.
The restaurant, from chefs Sharon Van Meter and Aaron Nelson, will be open for lunch, happy hour and dinner.
