Mod + Jo, the woman-owned jeweler previously housed at TyPo has a new home in Bishop Arts. There they will host a grand re-opening Friday (Oct. 15) from 11-6.

Founder Jordan Flynn writes on the stores’ website about the birth of her small-batch, handcrafted and affordable jewelry collection, which she created, she notes, to inspire customers’ confidence.
To them, she writes, “Together, we’ve created a sustainable brand that is slowly creating more jobs within the local community and building a tribe of women that build each other up through commonality and setting aside our differences.”
Following Mod + Jo’s Instagram feed makes one want to poke holes in her head — the ears, to be clear — or have a piece of permanent jewelry attached (both services Mod + Jo will offer Friday).
