A locally owned bank opened a location in the Bishop Arts District recently.
The bank at West Davis at Madison is in the former Pier 247 restaurant, redesigned by Oak Cliff-based DSGN Associates with a 463-square-foot addition.
A meeting room in the building is available to community groups any time, even when the bank is closed, at it is accessible separately from the bank.
This is Texas Brand Bank’s fifth location in Dallas County.

Texas Brand Bank focuses on three main demographics: small businesses, construction of residential and commercial buildings, and owner/operators of commercial buildings. Six seasoned bankers bring extensive experience and knowledge of Bishop Arts and Oak Cliff alongside a unique business model giving Texas Brand Bank the flexibility to provide quick turnaround decisions to accommodate customer needs. The branch has a Spanish-speaking staff, including both lending officers.
The bank is open 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Friday.
