In collaboration with Friends of the Dallas Public Library, the North Oak Cliff Branch Library will host a “Noon Year” celebration on Dec. 29.
The party will be a chance for young kids to ring in the start of 2023 without staying awake until midnight.
Starting at 11:30 a.m., the library will have a countdown to noon accompanied with a sparkling apple cider toast and activities to go along with the event and holiday.
