Every year, the Advocate recognizes our neighborhood’s favorite stores, restaurants, services and establishments in our annual “Best Of” competition.
You’ve likely seen the iconic blue stickers in the windows of Oak Cliff businesses, and this year, we are doing Best Of a bit differently.
Usually, our voting requires neighbors to search through hundreds of entries in various categories, but in 2024 we have divided Best Of into four categories: Local Services, Culture/Entertainment, Dining and Shopping. Each category will be nominated and voted on at different points of the year.
Jan. 8 marks the start of voting for the Local Services category, and voting will stay open through Jan. 29.
We want to know your favorite gym, florist, contractor, interior designer and more, all in Oak Cliff.
Voting can be submitted once each day, and winners will be announced in our April magazine.
