Two men with gunshot wounds were discovered by police Tuesday evening in Five Mile Creek.
Police responded to a shooting call in the 3500 block of Fawn Valley Drive around 5:35 p.m. An investigation determined two men were fighting when a suspect shot 27-year-old Randy Mota-Bastida and another unidentified victim, police said.
Both men were taken to a local hospital where Mota-Bastida died from his injuries, according to police. The second victim is said to be in stable condition.
Officials have identified 22-year-old Jonathan Gutierrez as a suspect in the shootings, and have issued a warrant for Murder.
Investigation into the incident is ongoing.
