Oak Cliff restaurant Encina is offering a Post-Thanksgiving Brunch To Go for when you’re so tired you can’t possibly imagine cooking another thing, but you still have a house full of family.
The menu includes Blue Corn Butterscotch Pancake Mix with Cajeta, Hot Honey Spiced Pork Belly, Poblano Cheddar Grits and Beet & Burrata Salad.
Encina offers award-winning brunch as their pancake mix ranked third in the H-E-B’s Quest for Texas Best contest, an annual competition highlighting the best Texas-made goods produced by small businesses.
The meal is $80 and serves four, and a bottle of bubbly can be added for an additional $20.
