bbbop Seoul Kitchen, the family-run restaurant in Oak Cliff known for its innovative fusion of Korean and American flavors, has launched a boba (AKA bubble tea) program.
The menu features refreshing fruit teas and creamy milk teas, expanding bbbop’s beverage options. bbbop has long been recognized for its chef-crafted dishes, including its signature bibimbap bowls, Korean fried chicken, and kimchi fries. Now, with the addition of a diverse selection of boba beverages, customers can enjoy a flavorful drink experience that pairs perfectly with their favorite meals.
The new boba menu includes two types of teas – Fruit Teas and Milk Teas along with “toppings”. Fruit Tea options include Mango Green Tea, Strawberry Green Tea, Lychee Green Tea, Passion Green Tea, Peach Green Tea, Strawberry Lemonade, and the bbbop Arnold Palmer. Milk Teas offered include Black Milk Tea, Jasmine Milk Tea, Thai Milk Tea, Brown Sugar Milk Tea, Taro Milk Tea, Honeydew Milk Tea, and Coconut Milk Tea. Guests can then pick their toppings if they would like with options such as Lychee Coconut Jellies, Popping Mango, Popping Strawberry, and Popping Passion Fruit.
“We’re always looking for ways to innovate and bring new flavors to our guests,” said Greg Bussey, Chef and Co-Founder of bbbop Seoul Kitchen. “Boba is the perfect addition to our menu, offering something refreshing and fun that complements our signature dishes.”
The boba drinks are available in 16 oz. and 24 oz. sizes, priced at $5.95 and $6.95, respectively, with additional toppings available for $0.50 each.
