Nestled in the heart of Oak Cliff’s Elmwood neighborhood, B-Side Coffee has always been a place for the community.
Previously owned by Whitney and Caleb Marsh, B-Side was open for 16 months, located in the spot previously occupied by Peaberry Coffee.
Two weeks ago on Instagram, the Marshes announced they would be moving on from their coffee shop, and that their friends, Oak Cliff residents and B-Side regulars Russell Tibbits and Allison Macalik would be purchasing it from them.
Yesterday, they officially rebranded as “Little Joy Coffee.”
“We’re thrilled to introduce ourselves as #littlejoyTX (formerly B-side Coffee)!” the owners wrote in an Instagram post. “Same location, same great service, just a fresh new name that better reflects the happiness we hope to bring to your day.”
They say the service, vibes, coffee and sandwiches will stay the same, although things will be “getting a little brighter.” What’s new? Additional breakfast options, a new kids area, a reimagined monthly artist wall, and more community events.
