Neighbors are invited to come and share input on the redesign and ask questions about the $3.9 million 2024 bond project. Following the meeting and input, staff will move forward with the design and construction contract to begin redoing the intersection.

Transportation and Public works previously announced that the Alternative 3 plan would be implemented based on safety, level of service and previous community input. This option, a “Peanut Roundabout,” will reconfigure the intersection to reduce speeds and improve sight distance.

The meeting will take place at the Kidd Springs Recreation Center Tuesday, Oct. 14 at 6 p.m.

Kidd Springs Recreation Center is located at 711 West Canty St.
