Middle Schools in West Dallas and Oak Cliff are among the best in Texas, according to a new report from U.S. News and World Report.
The publication ranked the Dallas Environmental Science Academy on North Westmoreland No. 6 in Texas.
Harry Stone Montessori on Veterans Drive is ranked No. 61.
Dallas ISD’s William B. Travis Academy/Vanguard for the Academically Talented in Uptown was ranked No. 1 among elementary and middle schools in Texas.
This was the first time the publication has ranked elementary and middle schools. Unlike its high school and college rankings, there are no nationwide rankings for these categories.
