Poets Books will move out of the store’s Bishop Arts location this month.
According to an April 16 post on Instagram, the landlord for the North Bishop Avenue location informed the business that its lease would not be renewed.
The post included that the location is not closing as “business is thriving,” but will instead consolidate the Bishop Arts shop into the larger Deep Ellum location until a new spot is found.
The last day of normal operations for the bookstore will be Sunday, April 26.
