Recently, 805 players were nominated for a chance to play in the 2025 McDonald’s All American Games on April 1 at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn. Six of those are Oak Cliff’s own.
Players were nominated by a high school coach, athletic director, principal or member of the McDonald’s All American Games Selection Committee based on competitive criteria. The local players from the Oak Cliff area nominated for the chance to play in the 2025 McDonald’s All American Games are:
Faith Family Academy of Oak Cliff: King Grace, Joy Egbuna
Legion: Jerriayh Baines, Aziyah Farrier, Brooklyn Terry, Maeisha Washington
The new class of nominees joins an elite group of athletes who, over four decades, have been nominated for a chance to play in the nation’s premiere showcase – including today’s top stars such as Candace Parker, Trae Young, Jayson Tatum, Kevin Durant, Breanna Stewart, and more.
The top 24 girls and 24 boys will be revealed later this month and announced across ESPN’s various social and digital platforms.
