Jimmy John’s reopens after three-week absence

We noticed the new Jimmy John’s at Bishop and Colorado has a big banner announcing “Now Open!” The sandwich shop fanchise originally opened earlier this year, but we heard recently that it had closed.

We’re still not sure why the place closed for three weeks, but at any rate, it’s open again.

That’s a good thing, too, considering that the Methodist hospital cafeteria is undergoing renovations and is serving a limited menu of Subway and something else, usually barbecue, I’m told. So everyone over there is sick of barbecue and Subway.
