The Associated Press has an interesting take on the immigration debate today. This story from Los Angeles examines romantic relationships between U.S. citizens and illegal immigrants, particularly those brought over from Mexico as children.
According to the story:
“Illegal immigration peaked during the 1990s, with 4.5 million people arriving during the decade, according to a 2010 report by the Pew Hispanic Center. Those who arrived as small children are now teenagers or in their mid-20s.”
