This weekend: DSO, home tour, cargo bikes, street fairs

DSO on the Go comes to Oak Cliff Friday. The Dallas Symphony Orchestra performs at Cliff Temple Baptist Church starting at 7:30 p.m. Tickets cost $10-$25.

The Old Oak Cliff Conservation League Fall Home Tour is from noon-6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Tickets cost $20. Discounts are available if you see the tour by bike.

Cyclesomatic hosts Portland, Ore.-based bike builder Tom LoBonty for a two-day cargo bike building workshop. The workshop, in the new Adamson High School auto tech building, costs $16. Learn how to convert a bike to a Dutch-style cargo bike using found and used items. Register here.

The Elmwood Neighborhood Association hosts a street fair from 1-6 p.m. Saturday in the 2200 block of Balboa. The Elmwood Street Fair spotlights the neighborhood’s artists, musicians and restaurants.

The Urban Street Bazaar returns to the Bishop Arts District from noon-8 p.m. Saturday and noon-4 p.m. Sunday. The bazaar, from Make and Made and Indiegenius, features modern handmade crafters and vintage dealers.

The Texas Theatre has the Bloodbath Film Festival and “V/H/S.”
