This weekend: Scarface, Joe Ely, shopping, home tour, marathon

The Texas Theatre has Scarface and the Ladies Stay Crazy dance party. Not only that, but at 8 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 8, they’re screening The Store, a rare documentary from 1983 about holiday shopping at the downtown Neiman Marcus.

The Kessler has a solo acoustic set from Joe Ely on Friday, Dec. 7. On Saturday, Bright Light Social Hour performs with Calhoun.
