The Fox and the Bird’s new single was featured on USA Today’s Pop Candy blog. We wrote about one of the Fox and the Bird guys, Jacob Metcalf of Oak Cliff, last year.

A 46-year-old Oak Cliff man is accused of stabbing his roommate to death in their Marsalis Avenue apartment complex this past weekend.

The Adamson High School football team will be playing a home game at Cowboys Stadium next year after the school won a contest, signing up 8,000 people to pledge never to hit a woman. It was part of Mayor Mike Rawlings’ Dallas Men Against Abuse campaign.

The Daily Mail has an intriguing story about Marina Oswald, who has lived in Rockwall since the ’70s and still maintains that her former husband, with whom she lived in Oak Cliff, was innocent of the JFK assassination.
