The sign went up recently at Kessler Park Eating House, the new restaurant from the owners of Jonathon’s, on Beckley near Greenbriar. The restaurant could open as soon as Feb. 1, according to a facebook post. The restaurant, in the old Mama Connie’s café (and Pitt Grill prior to that) at 1619 N. Beckley, will focus on American food, but will be different from nearby Jonathon’s.

In case you missed it, Dallas Grilled Cheese Co. is expected to open Jan. 19 in Bishop Arts.
