The new wine shop and bar in Bishop Arts, Wine Poste and Bar Anatomie, holds its grand opening starting at 6 p.m. Thursday.

Our neighborhood milliner, Cassie MacGregor, celebrates the seven-year anniversary of House of MacGregor from 7-9 p.m. Thursday.

CineWilde, the LGBTQ film series, returns to the Texas Theatre Friday with a screening of “The Broken Hearts Club.” The film is followed by a game party with beer pong, flip cup and corn hole. Plus Lakewood Brewing Co. is giving away 48 pride-themed pint glasses.

Neighborhood resident Cao Tran, who owns Living 29 personal chef service, hosts a pop-up picnic and lemonade stand with Lala’s Cakes at the Margaret Hunt Hill Bridge starting at 5:30 p.m. Saturday. They’re serving Vietnamese summer rolls, cinnamon rolls and  homemade lemonade.
