City to approve $500,000 for gorilla attack settlement

The city of Dallas has to add another item to its long list of budget woes: gorilla attack settlement. City Council is expected to approve today a $500,000 settlement to two adults and a child who were attacked and injured five years ago by an escaped gorilla at the Dallas Zoo, which the city oversees. The DMN revisits the victims in a front-page story today.
