Petition seeks changes to Oncor tree-trimming practices

Marlena Chavira Medford, editor of the Far North Dallas Advocate, reports that a group of homeowners is petitioning the Public Utility Commission to prompt Oncor to change its tree-trimming practices. Neighbors were outraged this summer when parts of Oak Cliff got the Oncor hack job. Read about that here.
