Lisa Loeb performs at Jack’s Backyard as part of eye wear launch

Singer/songwriter Lisa Loeb is launching an eponymous eye-wear line, and she’s performing an acoustic set Thursday at Jack’s Backyard to promote it.

Loeb, who graduated from The Hockaday School and Brown University, is known for her signature specs. And, of course, for contributing to the soundtrack of the ’90s. I still love that song.

In fact, I’ve always kind of loved Lisa Loeb. Remember when she had a reality show on the E network? It was basically a dating show, but I thought she came across as really charming and sincere.

She’s available for interviews this week. Should I take her up on it? Anything you want to ask her?

Loeb’s appearance is from 5-8 p.m. Thursday at Jack’s Backyard.
