News roundup: Dead man found, Sylvan | Thirty, Luckie’s, El Padrino, apartments

A man, 39-year-old Adam Martinez was found dead of apparent gunshot wounds near Hampton and Kiest.

There is some controversy over the zoning for the Sylvan | Thirty project.

Luckie’s Smokehouse closed, as City of Ate had predicted. But former co-owner Nhat Ngo will reopen Friday as OC Smokehouse and Bar.

El Padrino taquería got a terrific review on City of Ate this week.
