Real estate partnership donates $2,000 to Hampton Illinois Library

The Dallas Public Library now can buy 125 picture books for beginning readers who use the Hampton Illinois Branch Library.

That’s thanks to a $2,000 donation from Charter Hampton LP, the company that owns the shopping center at Hampton and Illinois, where Aldi is the anchor tenant.

The books are for everyone, but they are targeted to the children at Jimmie Tyler Brashear Elementary School who speak Spanish at home.
