Turner House celebrates 100th anniversary

Turner House, the Oak Cliff Society of Fine Arts clubhouse on Rosemont, was built in 1912. And the society is celebrating the anniversary with a year-long celebration.

The series of centennial celebration events begins at 7 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 23 with a performance from Matt Tolentino and His Hot Five. The society’s chairman, Scott Chase, will announce a schedule of celebratory events that night.

Tickets cost $15 for members and $20 otherwise. The event includes wine, snacks and entertainment.
