Oak Cliff Film Festival screens Jay Gormley’s ‘Odds or Evens’

Oak Cliff resident and CBS DFW reporter Jay Gormley directed a short film that’s showcased in the Oak Cliff Film Festival.

“Odds or Evens” stars Charles Baker of Fort Worth, who played Skinny Pete in “Breaking Bad.” His co-star is Oak Cliff resident Lydia Mackay.

Baker plays a marathon runner who is paralyzed by a tumor in his spine. The short, which was filmed in Oak Cliff, screens at 5:30 p.m. Sunday, June 17, as part of the Community Shorts Showcase.
