Oak Cliff filmmaker’s ‘Once is Enough’ premieres Wednesday

The film, “Once is Enough,” is a comedy/drama/fantasy that follows John Everman, who is kind of a loser:

John Everman has no wife, no real friends, a dead end job, and the prospect of spending Christmas alone, again.  John is ready for a change. When his car breaks down outside a black market warehouse for recycled lives, John takes the plunge

Check out the trailer below. Paul Csige of Dallas wrote and directed the film, which was shot in Dallas with a mostly Dallas-based cast and crew.

Mecca owns Mecca Design & Production in Dallas.

The film premieres at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 20, at Venetian Cinemas at 2661 Midway in Carrollton. The film runs at the theater for six weeks.
