Lucia sous chefs Mike Gibson and Justin Holt, who were featured in the July Advocate, host a pop-up dinner at the Oak Cliff Social Club starting at 8 p.m. Thursday. The chefs butchered a 50-pound red wattle hog and made porchetta. Served with salsa verde and pickles, it costs $10 per person.
