A small construction fire at Sylvan Thirty started at 12:15 today.
The fire, which was contained to under-construction apartments on the Interstate 30 side of the property, was extinguished by 1 p.m., says Sylvan Thirty spokesman Cooper Smith Koch. At least five fire trucks arrived on the scene.
No one was injured, and the blaze did not affect other buildings on the property, Koch says. Grocer Cox Farms remained open.
This is the second fire at Sylvan Thirty in seven months. A retail building on the property near Fort Worth Avenue was destroyed after a welding spark started a fire March 2.
