Help the Sunset drill team perform in Hawaii

bisonettes

The Sunset High School Bisonettes drill team could perform in the Pearl Harbor Memorial Parade in Honolulu Dec. 7, but they need many thousands of dollars before they get there.

The trip for 30 Bisonettes and their chaperones is expected to cost about $50,000. They’ve raised about $13,000 so far by selling cookie dough and flauta plates, among other fundraisers. Coming up are a spaghetti dinner, a garage sale and a couple of raffles. Sponsor Laura Linda Cevera expects they will be nearing a total of about $20,000 in the next two weeks. That’s still a long way from $50,000.

Anyone who would like to help fund their trip can do so online.
