Hofmann Hots, the Trinity Groves hotdog restaurant that opened in 2013, is closing and relocating. The restaurant’s owner, Phil Romano, is moving the restaurant to make way for 300 luxury apartments.

Romano’s new Italian concept at Trinity Groves, St. Rocco’s, is expected to open Sept. 10. The restaurant, from the Romano’s Macaroni Grill founder, will specialize in New York-style Italian food.
