If all goes as planned, there could be a nearby place to get a 32-ounce black mango tea to go with your larb from Somphou Market.

City Council could approve a plan today to rezone the southeast corner of Illinois and Cockrell Hill to allow a 5,858-square-foot QuikTrip store.

The corner currently holds a Cesar’s Tacos and a tire shop. Part of QuikTrip’s plans for the store include creating a connection for the planned Chalk Hill Trail.
