Dallas ISD Trustee Eric Cowan announced today that he won’t be seeking a fourth term this coming May. The DMN’s education blog has the story.
The announcement comes five days after the school district’s news site, The Hub, highlighted Cowan’s nearly 6-year tenure on the school board with two stints as board president. Cowan also is the only current trustee with children attending a Dallas ISD school, Rosemont Elementary.
