Thieves broke into a West Davis restaurant recently in an attempt to rob the ATM.

Two men broke into Pour House Dallas at 1300 W. Davis around 2:45 a.m. March 18. One of them began swinging a sledgehammer at an ATM. He managed to break open the top, but he couldn’t get any money out.

A second man went into the office and stole money from a drawer. They left in a green passenger van, according to the Dallas Police Department.
