We have to have a vision. What is it going to look like five years from now or 10 years from now? Because the district is going to grow.The demographics are changing. We want to make sure it’s a destination school district for everyone … to make sure students are prepared for a 21st Century economy. So that we’re building schools and giving them opportunities so we can break this cradle-to-prison pipeline and make sure we’re investing in a cradle-to-career pipeline.
