The 100-year-old Oak Cliff United Methodist Church on Jefferson at Marsalis is for sale at $1,750,000.
The church closed about a year ago in the face of dwindling membership and about $1 million in needed renovations. Its congregation merged with Tyler Street United Methodist Church.
The church is listed with Service Realty, which specializes in church properties. The listing agent has not returned a call seeking comment.
The church is one of a few properties in Oak Cliff that is a designated historic landmark and is protected from demolition.
