An Ohio-based women’s boutique, Vernacular, is the first clothing shop to open at Sylvan Thirty.
Husband-and-wife owners Chelsea Cabot and Kris Konieczko have three shops in Ohio. After making many buying trips to the Dallas Market Center, they began to feel at home in the Design District and West Dallas.
“Opening a store outside of Ohio has always been on our radar, and we’ve grown very fond of Dallas in the last few years,” Cabot stated in a media release.
The store will take about 1,300 square feet on the south side of the Sylvan Thirty complex. It is expected to open in the fall.
