Dallas Fire and Rescue pulled two construction workers out of a Bishop Arts District storm drain Tuesday.
The men fell into the drain in the 200 block of West Eighth around 11 a.m.
Firefighters used a rope to pull them up from 30 or 40 feet. No one was injured.
