A Dallas Police Department patrol officer noticed a 2004 Hyundai driving on Jefferson Boulevard early in the morning.

“This vehicle caught the officer’s attention because it matched the description of the vehicle used in several business robberies throughout Dallas,” a DPD about the arrest statement reads.

The officer followed the car to QuikTrip on Zang, watched the owner of the car walk into the store and called for backup.

The suspect, 25-year-old Gregory Lewis, was taken into custody and charged with aggravated robbery. He is in jail with a bond set at $100,000.
