Episode 8: Rachel Moon led Rosemont Elementary for five years, three as principal and two as vice-principal. The school has one of the more engaged communities of parents in Dallas ISD. Lucky for Moon, she spent years at the school district’s administrative offices focusing on parent involvement. “We believe parents are our customers, and so are our students,” she told one family as they toured Rosemont.
