Police found a woman with severe head trauma at her home Tuesday morning, and she later died at the hospital.
They were called to the home of Telesfora Saldivar, 69, in the 2100 block of West Illinois at about 6:50 a.m., and she was sitting on the couch with head injuries.
Police arrested Adrian Gonzalez, 34, in the home. They didn’t say whether Saldivar knew her attacker or give any other details.
Gonzalez was booked into the Dallas County jail on an immigration charge with bond set at $500,000.
