Driver shot on South Polk

A man was wounded when a bullets struck his car as he was driving on South Polk Tuesday night.

Two bullets hit his passenger side window in the 4200 block of South Polk at about 10:30 p.m.

The man, who has not been identified, drove to a family member’s house and was taken to Methodist hospital, the Dallas Morning News reports.

No further information was given.
