Oak Cliff Film Festival, wine walk, Ray Wylie Hubbard and more in Oak Cliff this weekend

“Sword of Trust” is showing at the Oak Cliff Film Festival

You can walk. You can wine. Just don’t walk and whine. The first Thursday of the month means it’s time for a wine walk in the Bishop Arts District.

The Taylor Young Band performs a free show at the Foundry Friday.

The Oak Cliff Film Festival kicks off Thursday and runs through Sunday with films at the Texas Theatre, the Kessler, the Bishop Arts Theatre Center, Top Ten Records and more places in the neighborhood. Check out the schedule.

The Wild Detectives has music in their back yard Saturday — Tony Schwa and Jones Long.

Oak Cliff’s own Ray Wylie Hubbard performs at the Kessler Saturday and Sunday.
