The singer, who was born in this millennium, performed at the American Airlines Center Tuesday. And vegan food truck and caterer Soulgood was there to feed Eilish and her crew.

The 18-year-old Eilish speaks out against animal cruelty and encourages her fans to go vegan.

Soulgood, which won the Dallas Observer’s award for best food truck in 2018, served mac and cheese, green beans, mashed potatoes, biscuits, muffins, cookies and more.

Chef Cynthia Nevels started Soulgood with a mission of giving back to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. She started the food truck in honor of her son, Tyler, who died of the disease, and she donates 5% of all proceeds to the foundation.

Starting with the Nov. 10 Cowboys game against Minnesota, Soulgood will become the first and only vegan food truck at AT&T Stadium. If you don’t catch it there, find the location schedule on Facebook or at eatsoulgood.com.
