Two men died in daytime shootings in Oak Cliff on Sunday, July 26.
Police believe the first was a road-rage killing.
Joe Dominguez, 28, was shot in the 700 block of Sabine at about 1:15 p.m.
A witness told police that the driver of a white Dodge Avenger became involved in a road-rage incident and shot into the victim’s vehicle, then left.

The second shooting death in Oak Cliff on Sunday happened at 5:45 p.m. outside of a bank near the V.A. hospital. Police found Ricky Forward, 28, who was shot at
4417 S. Lancaster Road and died at the hospital.
