East Dallas is the place to eat and drink in Dallas right now, according to Texas Monthly, which put six or seven of that neighborhood’s restaurants on its list of the best new restaurants in Texas.
But a few places in Bishop Arts did make the cut.
Casablanca — “filled with a young clientele inhaling cocktails and wolfing down Asian- and Mediterranean-inspired nibbles” — and Paradiso — “one of Dallas’ largest outdoor dining areas” — made the list for outdoor dining.
Elephant Bar at Âme’s cocktail The Charlemagne, also made the list — “For a final layer of flavor, the Charlemagne takes a quick trip through a chamber of applewood smoke.”
