Chuck E. Cheese and Carter Oosterhouse, the home-improvement TV star, opened a playground at an Oak Cliff school recently.
Oosterhouse’s nonprofit, Carter’s Kids, partnered with Dallas-based Chuck E. Cheese to build the new playground for Kipp Destiny Elementary.
